Appearance
She is has a light complexion, pale blue eyes, and long blonde wavy hair with one curl on the top her head and forehead. She wears soft red eye shadow with light orange cateye, and a red headband with a large green and pink flower. Her outfit consists of a dress with green vine-like spaghetti straps tied at the top to look like leaves, the skirt itself looks like and upside down red tulip. She is barefoot and sometimes seen carrying a basket of flowers.
Personality
According to Zing, who is her closest friend,[1] she is very kind and sociable given that she knows all the names of the animals in the Enchanted Forest. They, in turn, are all very eager to help her find new species of plants.[1]
She is romantic, dreamy, gentle, and delicate. Like her flower friends, she is appears to be fragile and defenseless but can always count on nature to assist her.[1]

Season 2
She is flying around Pixie Village when she sees Livy arriving. She is here to acquire ingredients for an antidote for Avalon (the imposter), who had been poisoned by a red-glided venus fly orchid. Unbeknownst to all of them, the poisoning was part of a ruse devised by Avalon under Darkar's command, who tricked her into leading Icy and mastiffs to the village. Upon arriving, Icy freezes village and forces Ninfea into a dire ultimatum: surrender her scepter—the Pixies' Codex—or watch the village and its inhabitants be crushed by the mastiffs. Ninfea chooses the former albeit with great despair.
