The player character is the main protagonist of many games in which they are part of the Winx universe.
Note: In most games, the player character is female, but some offer the option to choose a male character. On this page, the player character will be described as gender neutral.
Appearance
Since the games feature character customization, the player decides what their character will be like. In Winx Club: Magix, the wings adapt to the element the player chooses.
Personality
The player character is fairly impersonal, being merely an avatar of a person playing the game. In "First Date", the player has response options, meaning they can tailor the player character's personality to their liking.

Winx Adventures
The player explores Gardenia, meeting other players and characters from the series. They can visit Love and Pets, the Specialist Hotel, the Shopping Mall, the fountain, the pond, and much more.
Around the World
The player (who is only female, with no male gender option) decides to help Stella and Aisha in their quest to study Earthly fashion. They believe the player is a fairy, but she tells them she is not. Stella, however, believes that even if the player does not possess magic, it does not matter, because, as Professor Wizgiz says, the power of transformation can only be wielded by someone who can be different while remaining the same. Aisha invites the player to become one of them.
The player enters their name and chooses their appearance, after which they begin their adventure, and Stella says she welcomes a new fairy. Aisha explains that they have not sufficiently studied the cultures of Earth's countries, so the player will choose outfits that suit their countries, and Aisha and Stella will learn from them. The player visits Paris, Japan, the Wild West, the Islands, and Russia.
Magical Dances
The player reveals themselves as a member of the Winx Club. Bloom, Tecna, and Musa ask the player to replace Musa at the concert during the competition, as she is scheduled to attend the Ho-Boe Awards Ceremony that day. They train the player in dance and believe the player is ready, though Musa says they have room for improvement, to which Bloom jokingly replies that she is just jealous.
Evil Spells
While the Winx were away from Love and Pet, the Wizards of the Black Circle cast this spell on it, so the Winx ask the player to help them break the spell on their shop and save their pets. The player gets there by scooter.
Silver Skates
Players can create the show of their dreams, choosing the lighting, music, and decorations for the ice rink. Create a vibrant look for your character, choose a unique costume, and dazzle the audience with your skill and artistry! Feel like you're capable of more? Then open your own boutique and become a stylist: create super-fashionable outfits not only for yourself but also for your clients!
First Date
Bloom and Flora discuss the player, specifically the fact that they're having serious romantic problems. Bloom mentions that the player liked the lifeguard, but he chose the blonde girl from the bike-sharing service. Bloom comes up with a plan where they throw a party at a bar and invite single men; she thinks the player is sure to like one of them. The player received a message from Bloom, who says that a pleasant surprise awaits them. The player has conversations with guys, choosing a boyfriend.
Winx Fairy School
The player has 20 levels to complete and can also obtain Believix and Bloomix. They also fight against the Trix.
Winx Club: Magix
The player studies at Alfea, interacting with other players and characters from the Winx universe. They receive assignments from professors and go on adventures during these tasks. They also encountered and defeated the Trix during the fourth adventure.
Magical Abilities
As a fairy, their powers are now drawn from positive energy and feelings. As a witch, player's powers were drawn from negative energy and feelings. The player may know some basic, first-level spells that all fairies and witches can use, such as telekinesis, transmuting objects, and fixing minor messes. Unlike many other fairies in Alfea, the player has the ability to obtain Believix and Bloomix.
In the Roblox game, Winx Club: Magix the player can choose between being a Fairy or Witch. As a fairy, they have the options of Fairy of Flames, Fairy of Sun and Moon, Fairy of Nature, Fairy of Music, Fairy of Technology, and Fairy of Waves. As a witch, they have the options of Witch of Ice, Witch of Storm, and Witch of Darkness.
Whatever option the player chooses, they get four attack spells.
- Fairy of Flames: Fireball, Flamewall, Fire Burst, and Firestorm.
- Fairy of Sun and Moon: Sun Bolt, Burning Sun, Solar Flare, and Solar Wind.
- Fairy of Nature: Flower Power, Arms of the Earth, Blossoming Vines, and Force of Nature.
- Fairy of Music: Sonic Bomb, Sonic Blast, Shockwave, and Ultrasound.
- Fairy of Technology: Digital Glitch, Technoblast, Cyber Blast, and Static Sphere.
- Fairy of Waves: Water Ball, Tidal Wave, Hydrobeam, and Mystic Storm.
- Witch of Ice: Frozen Bolt, Cold Burst, Glacial Beam, and Frostfall.
- Witch of Storm: Thunder Bolt, Cloudburst, Lightning Beam, and Thunderstorm.
- Witch of Darkness: Dark Bolt, Shadow Attack, Twilight Beam, and Black Hole.
Trivia
- Considering that the games have the ability to customize, the player's character can look however they want, even be very similar to one of the Winx.
- For some reason, in the reboot-based Winx Club: Magix, the dark class will always be called a witch, even if the player is male, even though the male equivalent of a witch is a wizard/warlock.
